Support for your overall health and well-being
Peach State Health Plan (PSHP) has partnered with Sharecare to provide members with a digital health tool with access to wellness resources that help managed all your health in one place.
When members use PSHP by Sharecare app, they will receive personalized health support. This includes healthy insights, near me navigation, SNAP integration, guided programs and more. Don’t have access to a smartphone? Turn to your Member Portal to access similar information online. Visit our Secure Member Portal to create or login to your member account.
Through the Portal, you can:
- Request a new member ID Card
- Change your doctor
- Update your contact information
- View claims and plan details
- See the amount you have to spend on your MyHealth Pays rewards card
