In response to the tragic school shooting at Apalachee High School on September 4, 2024, Peach State Health PlanExternal Link, a leading care management organization serving Georgia and a Centene Corporation subsidiary, has remained committed to standing with the Winder community – offering continued support, care, and compassion as they work toward healing.
Throughout January, Peach State Health Plan (PSHP) collaborated with community organizations and public agencies to ensure families could access the tools and information needed for a strong second half of the school year through a series of Repack the Backpack and Retool the School events, reaching children, families, and members across Georgia.
