A Legacy of Care: 20 Years Supporting Georgia Communities

Date: 02/05/26

For 20 years, Peach State Health Plan has proudly served communities across Georgia, working to expand access to health coverage and strengthen the well-being of families throughout the state.

During Patient Recognition Week, we reflect not only on our longevity but also on the meaningful impact we’ve made together. Over the past two decades, we have supported members, strengthened provider partnerships, and invested in community organizations that address both health and social needs. From expanding access to preventive services and behavioral health support to participating in local outreach initiatives, our work has always been rooted in partnership.

Being committed to care and rooted in Georgia means showing up consistently – in urban neighborhoods, rural communities, schools, community centers, and alongside providers who deliver care every day. Our continued presence reflects a long-term commitment to stability, access, and community investment.

“Our mission has always been centered on the people and communities we serve,” said Clyde White, President and CEO of Peach State Health Plan. “We have worked to ensure that Georgia families have access to the care and support they need. We are grateful for the trust our members place in us and remain dedicated to strengthening health outcomes across our state.”

As we mark this milestone, we look ahead with the same focus that has guided us for two decades – supporting Georgia communities today and building a healthier future for tomorrow.
