Winter Weather Support for Peach State Health Plan Members
Winter weather is expected in parts of Georgia. Some areas may have snow, ice, freezing temperatures, strong winds, or heavy rain.
Peach State Health Plan is here to help you stay safe and get the care you need.
Get Your Medicines and Health Care
We want to make sure you can still get care during and after the storm.
Call Member Services if you need help to:
- Get an emergency prescription refill
- Replace medical equipment or supplies
- Get a new Member ID card
- Find a doctor or urgent care
- Talk to a nurse, any time of day
- Get help with stress, anxiety, or depression
Help Finding a Doctor
Some doctor offices may be closed or have delays because of the storm.
If you had to leave your home or need care in a new area:

- Nurse Advice & Crisis Help — 24/7
Bad weather can be stressful. Our FREE Nurse Advice and Crisis Line is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
You can call for:
- Medical questions
- Help finding urgent care
- Mental health or crisis support
- You can call anytime.

Providers can call Provider Services at 1-866-874-0633 for help with:
- Emergency prescription refills
- Faster approvals for care
- Care outside the network, if needed
