Steps To Success

Eligibility restrictions apply. Peach State Health Plan (PSHP) members must be currently enrolled with our health plan to be eligible for VABs. PSHP does not pay reimbursement fees on VABs. Please allow up to 30 business days for processing.

To get this Value Added Benefit (VAB), please complete the form below. Legal guardian must complete form on behalf of member. Member eligibility requirements apply. Each Steps to Success program listed will issue one voucher per child every 12 months.

GED Benefit

Members ages 16 and older who are not currently enrolled in school would receive the following:

Free GED Testing
Annual GED Testing Packet
Test Preparation Resources
Voucher to cover four required tests

Approximate value of benefit is $160 per member.

Qualification Requirement:

Must be ages 16 and older
Must not currently be enrolled in high school or received a high school equivalency certificate or diploma
Must have a valid state ID

EDUCATIONAL & JOB TRAINING SCHOLARSHIPS

Eligible members interested in attending a two (2) year or four (4) year college, vocational, or technical school this fall semester can apply for an educational scholarship. A $10,000 scholarship will be awarded to selected members ages 18 and older.

Qualification Requirement:

Must be an eligible Peach State Health Plan member ages 18 and up
Must submit proof of being a full-time student at a two-year or four-year college, vocational, or technical school acceptance letter for Fall Semester 2024; prior to payment being issued.
Limited to one Peach State Health Plan applicant per household.

Winners will be announced in July 2024.

COLLEGE BOUND DORM ROOM SUPPLIES

Our College-Bound Dorm Room Supplies Scholarships award incoming college freshman a gift card to purchase dorm room supplies.

Qualifications Requirement:

Must be 18 years of age and up at time of enrollment
Must be a graduating high school senior with proof of acceptance to attend college
Limited to one Peach State Health Plan applicant per household.

Submission deadline is June 1st, 2024.
