6 Degrees Health: New vendor for the Prepay Clean Claim Reviews

Date: 10/27/25

Effective January 1, 2026, Peach State Health Plan (ITC) will implement the prepay Clean Claim Reviews focusing on inpatient, high dollar hospital itemized bills.   

To support this process ITC will be using an approved vendor, 6 Degrees Health, to complete these reviews.

For hospital providers who may have a claim selected for a prepay review they will receive a Findings Summary Report detailing billed charges in question.
