At Peach State Health Plan, we believe that Family time is the best time! Qualified Members along with family members will receive a YMCA family membership.

YMCA® Family Membership

Covers the annual family membership fee for children ages 6-18 along with family members at participating YMCAs
Must have completed annual well visit and Dentist within the last 12 months.
Does not include summer camps.

How to Access Benefits:

Registration between July 1, 2022 through January 1, 2023.
