Eligibility restrictions apply. Peach State Health Plan (PSHP) members must be currently enrolled with our health plan to be eligible for VABs. PSHP does not pay reimbursement fees on VABs. Please allow up to 30 business days for processing.

Family time is the best time! Children and their immediate family members can receive a YMCA family membership.

Qualification Requirement:

Must complete their annual well visit and seen their dentist within the last 12 months
Children ages 6-18 must complete their Primary Care Physician (PCP) and dental visit to receive their choice between a YMCA Family Membership or Gym Membership

This benefit covers the annual family membership fee at participating YMCAs for children ages 6-18 together with their immediate family members.
