Eligibility restrictions apply. Peach State Health Plan (PSHP) members must be currently enrolled with our health plan to be eligible for (Value Added Benefits) VABs. PSHP does not pay reimbursement fees on VABs. Please allow up to 30 business days for processing.

At Peach State Health Plan (PSHP), we believe a healthy pregnancy starts with good prenatal care, a healthy delivery and completing all postpartum visits. PSHP makes earning rewards easy!

All Healthy Rewards VABs requests:

Will be mailed within 60 days of your claims being received
Gifts cannot be mailed to a PO Box

Qualification Requirements

Expectant Mom
- Complete prenatal visit within the first trimester or 42 days of joining the plan
- Mom must have a prenatal visit claim on file.
New Mom
- Complete postpartum visit seven to 84 days after delivery
- Postpartum visit complete after July 1, 2023
- New mom must have a postpartum claim on file.
