Date: 05/06/25

Peach State Health Plan is proud to share the 2024 Community Impact Report, a reflection of our mission to improving the lives of Georgians through innovative programs, strategic collaboration, and expanded access to care.

“Our 2024 Community Impact Report reflects our mission to build healthier communities by addressing root causes and standing alongside our partners to create change across Georgia,” said Clyde A. White, President of Peach State Health Plan.

The 2024 report highlights the progress we’ve made in delivering on that promise. Key accomplishments include:

  • Renewed partnership with and financial support to Augusta University and the Medical College of Georgia that allows for the long-term expansion of the MCG3+ Pathways Program to combat the looming healthcare shortage in rural, underserved areas of Georgia.
  • Awarded grants to Federally Qualified Health Centers that enhanced school-based health services for children and families.
  • Partnered with healthcare providers to launch new initiatives that address mental health needs and chronic conditions.
  • Assisted with the launch, education, training and healthcare workforce development pipeline with the Waters College of Health Professions at Georgia Southern University.
  • Hosted dozens of community events that offered free wellness screenings, health education, and essential resources to thousands of Georgians.

These milestones reflect the power of partnerships and a shared commitment to health and well-being. As we continue to navigate an evolving healthcare environment and expand access, Peach State Health Plan remains a trusted partner to the state of Georgia, supporting our members, empowering communities, and driving lasting impact.
