At PSHP, we believe a healthy pregnancy starts with good prenatal care, a healthy delivery, and completing all postpartum visits. You must fulfill the requirements for quality health activities to earn rewards. If you don’t meet the criteria, we’ll contact you.

Qualification Requirements:

For Expectant Moms:

Complete a prenatal visit within the first trimester or 42 days of joining the plan.
Have a prenatal visit claim on file.
Gift: Car Seat.

For New Moms:

Complete a postpartum visit seven to 84 days after delivery.
Have a postpartum claim on file.
Gift: Bundle of Diapers.

All Healthy Rewards VABs requests:

Will be mailed within 60 days of your claims being received.
Gifts cannot be mailed to a PO Box.
All rewards mailed require a signature.
