Important: Some rules apply. You need to be a member of Peach State Health Plan (PSHP) to be eligible for Value Added Benefits (VABs). PSHP does not pay reimbursement fees on VABs. Please allow up to 30 business days for processing.

At Peach State Health Plan (PSHP), we believe afterschool programs are vital for social, emotional, and academic development. Here's how you can benefit:

Members may choose one activity: Boys & Girls Clubs® Membership, Afterschool Youth Activities, Girl Scouts® or Scouting America Membership.

PSHP offers a choice between Boys & Girls Clubs® Membership, Afterschool Youth Activities, Girl Scouts® or Scouting America® membership. You'll receive one voucher of your choice for Arts, Swimming lessons, Sports, or STEAM for after-school activities for qualified members grades K-12.

Girl Scouts Membership

Covers active members grades K-12.
Covers annual membership fees.
Parents must complete the PSHP application first. The application is at the bottom of the page.

Qualification Requirement:

Qualifying health activities must be completed within the last 12 months or at approved timeframes.
Must have completed a vision service plus Flu (Influenza) vaccine
Present voucher/gift card within the benefit year (July 1, 2026, through February 27, 2027).
