My Healthy Rewards

You can earn dollars through My Healthy Rewards and quarterly raffles for completing wellness activities. Earning rewards is easy! All the My  Health Pays (MHP) Rewards Value Added Benefits (VABs) must have  a claim on file to process. Your healthy reward incentives will be mailed within 60 days of your claims being received.

Peach State Health Plan (PSHP) cannot process My Healthy Rewards  without a claim available.  MHP payments may take up to 6-8 weeks after the claims are processed.

Qualification Requirement: Complete healthy activities, including Children’s First Health visits, annual screenings that support your health. 

Log into your member account for your current My Health Pays Rewards balance. 

Use your My Health Pays rewards to help pay for:

  • Everyday items at Walmart
  • Utility bills (light, water, gas)
  • Childcare
  • Rent

DON’T FORGET TO KEEP YOUR CARD!

You will receive your My Health Pays Visa® Prepaid Card when you earn your first reward from PSHP. Each time we receive your health claim for a qualifying healthy activity, your reward dollars will be added to your card. It’s that simple!

$30 Children’s Health First Visits: Ages 0 to 15 months

Earn $5 per visit for a total of $30 by completing all six visits at 2, 4, and 6 months and at 9, 12, and 15 months.

$15 Cervical Cancer Screening: Ages 21 to 64

Once per year.

$15 Colorectal Cancer Screening: Ages 50 to 75

Once per year.

Quarterly Raffle

Members ages 3-21 who complete a Healthy Reward activity are eligible  to be entered into a raffle to win a gaming system. Must have completed a well visit, including the HPV vaccine for ages 9-13, during the previous quarter. One winner per household.
