Eligibility restrictions apply. Peach State Health Plan (PSHP) members must be currently enrolled with our health plan to be eligible for VABs. PSHP does not pay reimbursement fees on VABs. Please allow up to 30 business days for processing.

Healthy Baby, Bright Future 1st Birthday Gift

PSHP celebrates eligible members turning one with a 1st birthday in a box.

Qualification Requirement:

PSHP members turning one between July 1, 2023 - June 30, 2024
Infant must be a PSHP member from birth and remain with PSHP after 12-month recertification

Member must have completed:

Infant Well Child Visits at age 1 month,
2, 4-, 6-, 9- and 12-months visits and
Remain with PSHP after the 12-month recertification

The Birthday Gift Box will be mailed within 30 days.
