CVS Discount Card

All NEW Peach State members receive a 20% discount CVS card in the mail.

  • Card covers CVS health-related items (fruit, vitamins, milk, etc.) 

Qualification Requirement:

  • All identified “new” Peach State members of all ages on the #834 report. 
  • Each head-of-household will receive one CVS card. No registration required.
