Beginning January 1, 2012, State Employees can enroll their children in PeachCare for Kids® if they meet income and other eligibility requirements of the program. This new option provides high- quality, low-cost healthcare to children covered under the State Health Benefit Plan. Enrollees who take advantage of this change will significantly reduce their out-of- pocket cost through a reduction in premiums and co-payments for their child/children’s healthcare coverage.
