Put Spring Into Your Step

Walking is great exercise. Everyone in your family can do it. In fact, walking together is a fun family activity. It’s simple. It doesn’t cost anything except a pair of good walking shoes or sneakers. You can do it almost any time of the day or evening. In bad weather, you can go to a mall and walk there. And all you need is 30 minutes a day. That will make a big difference in your health.
It’s smart to talk to your doctor before starting any new exercises. Once the doctor gives the OK, make a commitment. Walk every day. Get your kids walking too. Exercise is one habit you want them to keep their whole lives.
